My hearing is awful in my left ear so i rely on lip reading quite a lot to get by, in my opinion and experience the guy definitely says black rather than manc
If you say the word manc, you'll notice that your jaw opens more when you pronounce the word black and the alleged racist fan's mouth was wide open in the clip leaving little room for doubt IMO

Rubbish. Discriminatory language against the disabled is almost always borne out of callousness, ignorance or nervousness .
Discrimination on the basis of religion is almost always borne out of hate. Discrimination on the basis of colour is somewhere in between, but probably much further towards the hate end of the spectrum.
Next thing, you'll be trying to claim that calling a woman hysterical is as bad as calling someone a fucking n*****.

The China thing reminds me of a thought I have had about this type interaction in history. Every group in the world seems to have thought they were superior, better than the "other" until getting regularly beat in battle/commerce or being forced by circumstance to live around other groups for a while.
That process will erode racism naturally but it will take time obviously. I actually think we slow it down when we over diagnose racism. There are obvious cases that have to be acted on but they need the full and due process like everything else. Going too zealous helps fulfill racist groups' world view.
